話說我係一個ig shop買左件衫(個店主係外國讀書)
2/12號入左數，本身店主話會佢會聖誕假返黎香港組團做face trade，
但返到黎香港佢無聲氣，又唔覆wtapp同wechat，仲要upload自己去玩d相
好多買家都係ig留言搵佢，叫佢覆機!
大約12月20號，佢有認過一次衰仔，話會處理！
但到而家都未有聲氣=___________="
琴日再搵多佢一次叫佢退錢!!!!又係唔應機!!!!!!!!!
我知道係ig shop買野，我自己都有責任保障返自己!
但我而家真係好想知可以點令到佢退返錢or俾貨我
小額錢債處? 消委會? 海關? 呢d有無用?
唔該大家俾d方案小妹 教下我點做 Thanks

Generous reminder Ig shop is not a official shop
People don't need to have License before opening a shop in Ig
I don't think police won't help much

Your only recourse is contact the police.
In term of the money, you can consider it gone.
(Usually, you can sue in the Small Claims Tribunal. The issue is the filing fee is more than the cost of your purchase. And you need an address to serve the summon, which you don't have.)
