✔ 最佳答案
The present perfect denotes actions that are completed recently. Note that the words "just" and "already" are used. "just" is used to mean the immediate past while "already" indicates completion.(to digest food)(7:30-7:00=0:30)eating time.while speaking at 8:00pm.eg:-I have just had dinner./I have already had dinner.(to digest food)"had" should be used as auxiliary verb while "have" verb.To eat, drink is to have dinner for you,but verb in past tense to experience dinner and had a good time, then the simple past tense be used for an action began and completed in the past(digested) without any connection with the present,eg:-I had dinner.

TOMING88:
"had" should be used as auxiliary verb while "have" verb.
'while "have" verb ?

"I have just had dinner."
had 怎是 auxiliary verb
had (吃) 是 past participle
Present perfect = have + p. p..
have 是 auxiliary verb

I prefer " I've had dinner. "

We use the past simple for past events or actions which have no connection to the present.

We use the present perfect for actions which started in the past and are still happening now OR for finished actions which have a connection to the present.
