Siberian Husky,,?

That is going to be an exceptionally sad life for a Husky. You do realize that even though you plan on supervising the dogs whilst outside, the Husky will ALWAYS need to be on a leash? Recall isn't exactly the breed's strong point.

$700 is low in many places, other than from a BYB. The Husky is a super energetic breed (bred to run for hours, pulling a heavy sled) & therefore is a rather independent breed, not very people-oriented or willing to come back, if it gets away from you & not easy to train. They are KNOWN for being total escape artists, & wide-roaming dogs, rather feral by nature, and very hard to catch, if they escape. All of this seems to have escaped your notice. This is the LAST dog anybody should own, who does NOT have a very securely fenced yard. You should also probably be a long-distance or marathon runner, since this dog will need TONS of daily on-lead exercise.

It will be a HUGE issue not having a fenced yard. Huskies need more and more constant exercise than any other dog breed. You should have learned that from your research. It isn't that expensive to fence a yard. $700 is a steal for aa purebred Husky. GET SHOT RECORDS. You can't get the papers after you get the dog so get them at the time of sale. Most purebreds cost over 2,000 dollars. I sell my pet quality chow chows for2500 dollars minimum.

huskies need to run a LOT. they are an outside dog. it will need to be taken on at least an hour walk every day. also 700 is bout average.

go to a rescue for huskies and get one for $200-300. they have young dogs, maybe not 6 weeks old, but less than a year for sure. save a life!

They can be let off the leash if you train them PROPERLY
