Look at it like this: 0.93 is the same as 0.930. Now, you can make your comparison. 0.930 or 0.936. Essentially, you can forget about the decimal if they confuse you so you get: 930 or 936, which is bigger? Obviously 936.

0.936 is bigger.

0.936. It's bigger by 0.006. Also I think this belongs in math, not geography.

0.936 is bigger to 0.93 , because 0.936 - 0.930 = + 0.006 , thus 0.936 is bigger to 0.93 by 0.006, difference of any two numbers , say x - y resulting into + number proves x to be bigger to y , but - ve number conversely indicates x to be smaller number to y number.
