how to get rid of the fat on the outside of thigh?

So i have a thigh gap and the lower part of my legs are quite skinny, but just below my butt, the outer thigh are so fat and ugly. But like it s not only fat, it s like there s a bone there. So i have a skinny upper body, BIG FAT THIGH, and then skinny lower legs. Please help me. I want to wear jeans without looking bad.
