我想问一下，green leaves are having the photosynthesis' process during the daytime with the light. But during the night ,the green leaves are having the respiration,and will the leave absorb the oxygen and release carbon dioxide?
And also the water plant which release oxygen in the water,will it absorb the oxygen and release the carbon dioxide in the night time?

Green leaves are having photosynthesis and respiration in the daytime, but the rateof photosynthesis is greater than the rate of respiration, so there is a net uptake of
carbon dioxide and release of oxygen.
During the night, green leaves only carry out respiration, so the leave will absorb
oxygen and release carbon dioxide.
The water plant is also only carry out respiration in the night time, so the leave will
absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide.

In regards to your questions which are concerning the byproduct of photosynthesis by green plants with both above and under water. As far as I understand that the process of photosynthesis must be carried out by means of light, chlorophyll and carbon dioxide; therefore lack of anyone will not lease oxygen. In addition, they will release carbon dioxide instead at night or without light.
