問問現在完成式問題

Apple Company同埋B Company 係2009年1月15日成立，另外Orange Company 同埋C Company 係2014年2月17日成立。 咁宜家我講"Orange Company, Apple Company, B Company and C Company have been established." 有無問題。

Apple Company and B Company were established on 15 January 2009.
Orange Company and C Company were established on 17 February 2009.
All these companies have been in business ever since.

公司只有某年某月某日成立一次, 不可能 over a period of time, 例如年年成立

X 公司已成立, 是指最近的事 recent past
