Education in USA or Canada for Studying/working?

I have studied and recieved a commerce undergrad degree in India.This is a 3 year degree. In other words I have only have 15 years of education. For getting a work visa and getting a job, is it better to study a bridge MBA program in Canada or study A 2 yr MBA program(without the extra year).in the USA. I am a canadian citizen

You need to do it in Canada. There is no guarantee that you would be able to work in the US as there is not shortage of MBAs in the US.
