有關English tense 問題請教大家

我係2013年10月5日偷左隻錶，我朋友係2020年10月6日返黎香港，佢20幾年無返過黎香港，咁個日我同佢講"I have stolen a watch." 之後我就攞2013年10月5日偷個隻錶俾我朋友睇。想問下大家上邊個句用現在完成式有無問題。
