請留意你的問題其實有點問題:
第一條問題是指貨物已到大阪港後的陸上運送時間(日數)，
第二條問題是問對方貨物由"這裏"上船一直到那裏工廠的總時間和費用。
前後兩條問題矛盾是第二條問題看似她負責全程(包海運和陸運)，但第一條你又先要問由對方港口至工廠的陸運時間，又像是她只負責由大阪港接收運往工廠。誰負責那一部份只有你才知，假如她是負責全程的話，你可以只問一句：

I want to find out the respective time and cost of sea freight and land transport from here to Osaka and to your factory.
或者如果你怕她不太問這complext的英文句(日本人英文程度也未必高)，你可以用point/table表示：
