I left on my trip today. Having been overseas before, I felt somewhat at ease with the idea of traveling abroad, particularly since I lived in Asia for a number of years. However, others on the trip with me felt some apprehension about getting sick (something quite natural) and had received suggested immunizations before leaving
我今天出發，踏上旅程。我曾經到過國外，特別因為在亞洲待過好幾年，對於出國旅遊覺得比較不擔心。可是與我一道旅遊另外那些人對於生病（國外旅遊算是滿正常的）有些憂慮，在出發之前就接受了非硬性規定的防疫注射。

on my trip 是「踏上我的旅程」，on 表示「在做這件事」的意思，例如： I am on vacation. （我在度假。）

at ease 就是態度輕鬆，不擔心的意思。

the idea of traveling abroad 的 the idea of 是美式說法「某某的想法」，中文不一定要譯出來。

suggested 在這裡是指衛生單位有建議出國打預防針，但只是建議性的，沒有硬性規定。這裡因為有對比，我輕鬆，別人憂慮，所以這「不是非必要不可的」預防針他們打了，暗示我沒打。

今天我留在我的行程。在被海外之前，我覺得有點安心去國外出差，特別是因為我住在亞洲數年的想法。但也有人跟我行程感到有些忐忑約生病（東西很自然），並已收到建議免疫臨走

我今天出發踏上旅程。我以前曾經出國，所以覺得出國旅行很自在，特別是我在亞洲曾住過幾年。但是和我同行的人對於旅途上生病(那是很自然的事)卻感到憂心，所以他們在臨前去打了出國時通常會建議施打的預防注射。

我今天踏上旅程。因為曾到過國外，特別是在亞洲待過幾年，對出國旅遊感到蠻自在的。可是其他與我通行的人卻擔心可能生病（很正常的事），在出發前就接受了所建議的防疫注射。

今天我留在我的行程。在被海外之前，我覺得有點安心去國外出差，特別是因為我住在亞洲數年的想法。但也有人跟我行程感到有些忐忑約生病（東西很自然），並已收到建議免疫臨走
