公司該如何負責或處理是次工傷情形?

若那工傷24小時以後是政府假期又該如何處理?

1. It depends if the company is insured.

If the company is insured, then the company should not involve at all and simply forward everything to the insurance company.

Otherwise, the company should consult with DSAL. Under Law No. 40/95/M, the requirement is 24 hours (exceptions apply). Exceeding the requirement can imply ineligibility of any potential compensation.

2. It the company is not open on that day, then the deadline will be postponed.

Otherwise, not.
