有關英文文法問題一問

我由2010年同我女朋友結左婚，往係沙田。但係2013年收到通知，座樓將會係2015年9月拆掉，想問問宜家有人問我住係邊，我答佢"I live in Shatin." 有無問題。

I have been living Shartin for 5 yrs.9 months,but in Sept.2015 after notification
will say
have lived for further 9 months ,being officially notified about it.
The present perfect continuous to continue in the future vs. present perfect not to indicate the possibility of continuation in the future.

I would say : " I am living in Shatin at present, but will move in the near future."
or
" I am living in Shatin at present, but will be moving soon."
Surely, if the person who asks you this question is not a close friend of yours,
your present answer is perfectly OK ！

你座樓2015年9月先拆, 如果你目前仍住在沙田, 當然可以回答 "I live in Shatin" 啦.
如果你巳搬離沙田區, 當然唔係咁答啦.
