It's no normal knot I been trying to get it out for like 2 hours and broke some of my hair :( it's not even a rubber band it's a big hair tye
What do I do???? This is by far the most terrible thing that could ever happen

i hope you use conditioner...google how to get out a really bad knot or something
or ask someone to get it out for you if theyre good at it

if you can, get a scissor and cut it without cutting your hair, if you cant do that...good luck

Cut the hair tie in several places, it will slip right out. Then, put conditioner on your dry hair and let it sit about 5 minutes. Finger comb it, then gently brush it out starting at the bottom.
