Any way I can obtain the book "Tinnitus Miracle" book for free?

It got scathing reviews, & Fred gave you a brief synopsis. Look at some other books, like this:

Tinnitus treatment toolbox : a guide for people with ear noise by Mayes, J. L.
Ask your library for interlibrary loan to get the books that are not in their collection.

Be aware that ginko biloba is a blood thinner, that's how it works - it helps the blood flow faster in small veins (which is why it's good for mental alertness too). You have to be aware of how much you take and whether you need to also take aspirin at some point. Bleeding without being able to congeal to stop is not a good thing.

The book will tell you to take Ginkgo Biloba along with Garlic. Buy some and take as much Ginkgo as you can without inducing diarrhea (240mg / day). It will take two weeks or more to reduce your Tinnitus to a level you don't entertain suicide! Once you know it's effect it will return in three days without use of Ginkgo...you will travel with it or be forced into buying it away from home...buy it in large quantities to save money! ..or buy it on sale.

Protect you ears from additional damage from loud sound!

Reduce or eliminate all caffeine!

"Buying it is out of the question". Obviously, your tinnitus is not that serious, not really bothering you.
