x^3 y^2 + 2y + xy = 3
d/dx(x^3 y^2 + 2y + xy) = d/dx(3)
3x^2 y^2 + x^3(2y)dy/dx + 2(dy/dx) + 1y + x(dy/dx) = 0
2x^3 y(dy/dx) + 2(dy/dx) + x(dy/dx) = -y - 3x^2 y^2
dy/dx(2x^3 y + 2 + x) = -y - 3x^2 y^2
dy/dx = (-y - 3x^2 y^2)/(2x^3 y + 2 + x)
