We write to inform you that we have received a lot of complaints on the leakage of water of your thermos bottles supplied to us.
We are quite surprised that this was not mentioned in your 2nd inspection report. As the damaged bottles were returned to us, we have to make a complete test on it in Hong Kong and to give replacements to our customers.
We will let you know the total numbers of the damaged bottles in due course. Meanwhile, please check with your inspection department on the above leakage issues.
