我司收到客人強烈投訴有關750ml保溫瓶有漏水情況, 有此情況的數量也不少,
我司很驚訝為何貴司在二次驗貨報告中都沒有提及發現有此情況,
現在我司客人要把全數退回給我們, 我司在香港需要進行全驗和更換, 全驗後我會通知你實際有問題數量多少? 現階段請貴司先與有關驗貨員了解一下以上情況.

We write to inform you that we have received a lot of complaints on the leakage of water of your thermos bottles supplied to us.

We are quite surprised that this was not mentioned in your 2nd inspection report. As the damaged bottles were returned to us, we have to make a complete test on it in Hong Kong and to give replacements to our customers.
We will let you know the total numbers of the damaged bottles in due course. Meanwhile, please check with your inspection department on the above leakage issues.
