1) I used to work in a hotel in Spain called Valodollid and I was a waiter... So I because fluent in spanish and french.. And this french woman was all like "My glass is empty, why isn't it full?!" So I knew she wanted a drink and when I gave her one she just glared at me. She gave my son a vicious glare too although he didn't even say anything.

My old teacher is from France. She was always very agressive, no one particuarlily liked her, she was make you do lines if you didnt bring in a pen.? wow.

There are rude people everywhere like that, it has nothing to do with what country they are from.

I've been to France twice, and everyone seemed ok to me. But as someone else pointed out, there are rude people in every country.

"On la remplira dans un petit moment, madame," you could have said (and probably did). People aren't always their best selves when they're on vacation far from home.

Well, she's long gone, dragging her sorry attitude with her. If you are fluent in French, you must have encountered more courteous French people, not only as a waiter, but in daily life as well. You can kick Madame La Grossière out of your mind for good.
