I think it is. its just came better when the authority came the authority makes wwe not boring like the wwe was before by turning heel wwe is better for me these days and its getting better than before back in 2010. The main reason why 1.sting is back in survior series 2.the rock is back in 2011 3.brock lesnar is back in 2012 Now 3 awesome wrestlers are back and they are part timer i know but like i said its better than before.SO good bye wwe of 2008-2010. and say hello to wwe of today

Not really. They want to look better because soon will be on the road to Wrestlemania. The booking team/creative sucks. They push their favorites and they still don't utilize the roster to bring the best out.
They want people to want HHH/Stephanie to comeback to they will make the raw's bad on purpose. So they brought back the annoying lap top.
