if your on base (air force) does ur roomate (if u have one?) have to be in the airforce as well?

Civilians cannot live in the barracks. They can live in family housing if your are married to them.

If you are not married, you would have to get an apartment nearby. You would not get BAH.

Barracks and dorms are for single military personnel only. same gender, and usually in the same command or class within one or 2 paygrades/ overnight guests of either gender are NOT allowed.

only authorized dependents( spouse and children) may reside in MFH.
