Also, will I get my periods again after the 3 months is over? One more question - is it normal to have a constant "cramp like" pain in my pelvic region? I can live with it, it's just uncomfortable. It's the same kind of cramp you might get the day before you start your period.

you need to read the side effects label, ask the pharmacist for a print out, and don't be afraid to ask him if it confuses you. they purposely use wordsmithing to bewilder those who read it.
there's some info on megadosing vit D once in 90 days to ease cramps and not use pain killers, probably need k2 to go with [ 1 k2 pill per 10,000 units ]
I've taken 36,000 for 1st dose and noticed a notch or to in general feeling of well being above where I was. highest was 90,000 units
