（急）請問商業登記可否用住宅地址做登記？

小妹想申請間無限公司的商業登記證，但資金有限暫時都沒有能力租得起商鋪，如填寫商業登記表格時可否在營業地點的地址欄位內填寫住宅地址？（另：如申請人地址及營業地址可否同一個？）

1. Yes only if your residence is the actual business address.
(Under existing law, each location must have its own business registration. The address you provide to IRD will be the address used for tax purpose.)
