I just checked and the few answers you had when you asked this before, should be good enough. I'd suggest you go back to your vet and get them to look further - scanning his stomach/kidneys/liver etc. might be worth doing. Sometimes when you start hand-feeding, a dog won't eat up without you doing this! Much as it's frustrating when this happens, you are doing him no favours by pandering to this.
If you don't trust your vet, or don't feel he's doing enough, you are entitled to a second opinion/switch of vet! He's young yet, but I'd need to be able to rule out cancer to be honest. But this is JUST a guess ........ which is all anybody here can offer.
