My resume is more than 1 page long...It's more like "1 and 1/4 pages"...Is that going to significantly decrease my chance of getting a job?

That one page resume thing is bullshit.
Employers want to know your background and qualifications.
They don't want to read a book, but it's impossible to put any experienced professional's resume on one page.
Mine is 3 pages.
