上網並不是一個程式的名字，你不清楚說明是什麼程式引致問題，很難說。
『堆疊空間不足』
堆疊是指STACK，例如程式呼叫子程式，個STACK是用來暫存的空間。
大部份情況係寫錯野，例如不斷重複呼叫子程序，或者程式做RECURSIVE等會出現。
IE等成熟的軟件本身出現這種問題可能極微。最有可能是你安裝了，或者被迫無意安裝，(即類似中毒，或者附送)，一些SCRIPT，或者插件，而引致這個ERROR。
若你上網意指使用IE時會出這個問題，建議到INTERNET OPTIONS做重設，及使用MALWAREBYTES掃一掃。又出現問題對話盒時，看看頂頭有沒有說明由那個程式引致。若沒有指示性，可以當時打開工作管理員，按結束，看看那個程式被結束而令對話盒消失。

Assume you are running IE as your browser. Try:
Start Internet Explorer> 'Tools' menu > 'Internet Options'> 'Advanced' tab, In this tab, > 'Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)' and > 'Disable script debugging (Other)' then clear those two check boxes.> 'Display a notification about every script error' then clear the box then click OKIf this doesn't work, you may need to use other browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

After all, run Windows Defender to clear any malicious activities that slipped past your security system into your computer. IE settings should not change by itself with no cause.
