Simply saying, your friend has 2 choices - moving out or staying. Either cases, your friend won't be able to get any money at all.

Man Hong 你好！其實兩位網友的意見都算正確，尤其是第二位所指請令友即時遷出及令友無法證明自己不知所租處未補地價！更較第一位所言可續居為佳，因為之前說不知租住還可以，但已知後還續居？！
