Does an Airbus A380 have electric charging stations/a way to charge electronics?

Internal arrangement (seat width and pitch, including in flight entertainment system and seat power outlet) is done according to the wish of the operating airline, and will likely vary from airline to airline. Therefore a definitive answer cannot be given to your question unless you specify which airline is of concern to you.

The ones I have been on have two power sockets per row of three seats, or individual ones in business/first class.

The sockets take US flat pin or EU style round pin plugs, if I remember correctly.
