how can i find my points and levels of yahoo answer?

Click onto your name (upper left of page) which will take you to your profile page. To the right of your picture it will say what level you are at and if you hover near the word level it will show you how many points you have for the week. At the bottom left of that page, it will show your total points.

All you need to do is to click on your avatar
