申請副學士會唔會又因會考英文fail未能入學 是否能夠入學,如想兼讀進修至大學水平(想做平面設計或工管-工商管理)

334 的教育制度下, 8大都4年時間完成, 而且全球800大不是全部榜上有名
HKBU 工商管理課程讀至完成學位都只是4年.

老實說,入學不是關鍵

不論大家推介那個課程, 最終是否可以, 您的決心, 不怕面對自己的困難才是關鍵.

雖然我已經取得學位後再取得工商管理深造証書,甚至取得中文工程管理碩士

今天我英語也不靈光,不過我有自己喜愛的工作.

所以我對您也絕對身同感受

喺囉，講咗不知幾多次，幾廿歲你仲想考dse馬？報讀公大啦，不論年齡，不計學歷，有錢可讀，不過唔建議讀遙距，點都係有堂上，有人教好好哆。

The easiest way is through HKOU Distance learning, as you will be qualified immediately.

You are correct that you will not be qualified for everything else, but not because of your English. Your qualification is simply not enough for any diploma.
