i would like to know a list of non-porous frosted plastic?

i am trying to build something to a liking of a function of an aquarium, so it has to be non-porous, and cannot release any particulates, since it would kill the pumps, and the fishes.
but the part is i would like to buy it, and then cut it and assemble it

so i need to know the adhesive the works for it, and i would like it frosted (colour, semi transperent), cuz i don't wanna see the gunk inside, but any colour would work, as long as i can see the levels of gunk built up in there
