幾個英文文法問題

你好 有幾個問題想請教一下
1.really don't / don't really
2.i do have / i have
3.you got to be kidding me / you are kidding me
請問
(i)那一個是正式的寫法?那一個是不正式的(有人用,但不會用在正式文書)?那一個是錯的?
(ii)兩個之間意思上有甚麼分別?

4.live的讀音
聽到有時候讀(leaf) 有時候讀(life). 在goolge translate上打(live) 他會讀life.打(i live)時他又會讀leaf. 到底要怎麼分?

感謝回答

✔ 最佳答案
1) Don’t really ( correct )
Really don’t → Chinglish
Don’t really = 不大
Really don’t = 真的不
2) Have ( correct )
do have = do ( stressed ), 加強語氣,加強真實性.
have = 我有
4) 看前文後理。
Live ( life ) 其實是life的衆數
因爲F尾的字的衆數大多也要轉’ves’
live ( leaf ) 是住的意思
兩者的意思各不相同看前文後理決定讀音,例如, I want to live a happy life. ‘to’ 後是動詞’live’(leaf)
參考: Me and my sister

1. Really don't --> Not very good English
Don't really --> Good (e.g. I don't really understand.)

2. I do have --> Very sure something 語氣強烈
I have --> 一般語氣, Correct

3. You got to be kidding me --> Seldom Use
You are kidding me --> Talking to friends

4. live (leaf sound) --> When it is a Verb 動詞
live (life) --> I will update soon (i am still checking for you)

Hope I can help you ^_^

To emphasize what you are saying, you put "really" in front of the auxiliary verb, such as: I really don't mind.

To say what is actually the fact, you put "really" after the auxiliary verb, such as: I don't really want to go. (I would rather stay home.)

To emphasize what you are saying, you can also put the auxiliary verb "do" in front of the main verb, such as: I do have a beautiful wife.

you're kidding (me) / you must be kidding / you've got to be kidding

They are idiomatic expressions used in spoken language to show that you are very surprised at something that somebody has just said.

"live" as a verb sounds like "leave" but with a shorter vowel sound.

"live" as an adjective or adverb sounds like the plural of "life" (lives) but without "s" sound.

Pay attention to the sound difference between "v" 擦唇 and "f".
