生約期間，想退租，是否一定要由起租日期開始計一個月？
我每個月15號起租，但我在5號通知要下個月4號退租，但業主話要收full cycle租，那係未來的15-14號的租。請問通知退租期係唔係一定要同起租期一樣呢？

退租是一定要由起租日期開始計一個月，即你當初所簽的租約日期計，你的租期是由15-14號，你便應15號通知業主退租，14號搬出，咁樣才是一個月的通知期，而唔係你用任何一個日子計算，除非業主同意。
