生約期間,想退租,是否一定要由起租日期開始計一個月?

我每個月15號起租,但我在5號通知要下個月4號退租,但業主話要收full cycle租,那係未來的15-14號的租。請問通知退租期係唔係一定要同起租期一樣呢?

退租是一定要由起租日期開始計一個月,即你當初所簽的租約日期計,你的租期是由15-14號,你便應15號通知業主退租,14號搬出,咁樣才是一個月的通知期,而唔係你用任何一個日子計算,除非業主同意。

Legally, no such thing as "生約" exists. Once the original contract ends, you are no longer bound by any contract and/or terms. The landlord is in the same situation as well.

How do you want to do it is up to both of you.
