可通過地產中介公司向其追討.亦可試向該樓的管理公司索回.若仍不得要領,便要通過小額錢債法庭申索,可自行向初級法院的辦事處寫申索的申請表格.

按金是你名義付的，你不是向買家討按金，你是向有關方面取回，如水，電，煤等，你取消用戶登記就可發還，新買家要自行登記繳付新按金，他付不付，你不必關心。
