買家付足樓價但不付給本人巳支出的管理费按金,地稅公共水電費怎辦?

可通過地產中介公司向其追討.亦可試向該樓的管理公司索回.若仍不得要領,便要通過小額錢債法庭申索,可自行向初級法院的辦事處寫申索的申請表格.

按金是你名義付的,你不是向買家討按金,你是向有關方面取回,如水,電,煤等,你取消用戶登記就可發還,新買家要自行登記繳付新按金,他付不付,你不必關心。
