establish 創立: should use simple past tense
establish 建立(關係) : can use present perfect tense
~ Our company was established in 1969.
~ Our company has established a good relationship with the local community since established in 1969.

Sorry, some correction:
Our company has established a good relationship with the local community since it was established in 1969. ("since" as a conjunction)
or, use "since" as a preposition:
~ since 1969
~ since being established in 1969

Fully agree with Godfrey's comment. "maintain" is the correct word to show the continuation of the status, as "establish" functions more like an action verb.
I was just trying to give examples of two different meaning of "establish".

Correction:
For the 2nd meaning of "establish", we can't use the present perfect tense with "since ..." or "for ..." because of its "action verb" nature.
~ Our company has established a good relationship with the local community.
(meaning: we have just started having a good relationship ...)
