Use My Phone As A PS3 Controller?

I was wondering if there is any way maybe a app i can use WITHOUT root that will let me use my phone (galaxy s5) as a ps3 controller. My phone has something so i can control stuff like tvs and media players so i thought it might be able to do it with ps3 aswell.

No. There is no app or anything that can convert your phone into a ps3 controller.

It won't work for playing games, even with Bluetooth controller app. It will work to navigate the menus but as soon as you get into a game, it will stop working because the PS3 is very picky about third party controllers.

No. IR tech for TVs and media players is far different than the Bluetooth tech used in controllers.
