confused about my miscarriage. please help?

So I started spotting on sunday. It was very light so I went in on monday and had my blood work done. My hormone level was very low nowhere near what it should be. So Monday night since today wensday I have been realising blood clots Im not loosing to much blood I'd say a full pad in about 4 hours if that. The nurse says I'm most likely misscarring. I dont feel pregnant anymore my breasts arnt tender and I'm not bloated. I'm not in any pain that's why I'm worried about what's going on. Could this really be a miscarriage? I would be about 5 weeks along.
