我係租客，每月準時交租。
浴室玻璃門自己爆左 ，個仔手手腳腳都係血，仲入埋院。
咁米老老實實同業主講，
點知他話係我個仔自己特登撞埋塊玻璃度。
又叫我地賠錢，又話塊玻璃係強化同裝正3年，冇可能爆。
其實呢個業主真係唔好,浴室天板上面又有舊石屎就黎冧，
他刀唔諗住整，因為安全問題，我地諗住走
想問下個業主咁野蠻，扣按金扣到好離譜點算?
有冇人可以幫到我地?

首先件事同你有冇準時交租係冇關係.留番哂所有記錄,入小額直接告佢,同佢講都哂氣.

你個業主係講得冇錯,強化玻璃真係冇咁易爆,我比個鎚仔你都未必打得爆,唔好話個細路會撞得爆,通常爆係因為弱位頂唔順熱漲冷縮,可能同安裝時既留位有關.

爆玻璃門，業主都唔想，冇理由要你賠償，你都是受害人，應該業主盡快處理，如果你想搬應該同業主商議，住到按金用完，佢冇權扣，因為屋本身有安全問題。
