What are some ideas of a crime story?

I am currently writing a crime story. I got all the settings and characters, i already started it, but I needed a little more ideas about crimes that the characters are going to solve, any more ideas? Thank you

A crime story consists of many aspects. It could be a crime story involving a vendetta: where someone gets revenge or something along those lines. It could be a crime out of greed where the criminal is very greedy and has a huge need for something he cannot have. You could also put it where its a crime to cover up a previous crime, or a crime to hide an identity or someone from spilling too much information.Good Luck! I hope you find great success!
