Either you haven't paid your bill or your lawyer doesn't want to be your lawyer any more.

If they are on holiday, they can't phone you back.

Lawyers go on vacation too...

If you want answers to your questions, then you call up and make an appointment (in person) with the lawyer.

I am guessing this is an auto accident? If so, are you done treating? Then the lawyer will need to get copies of all medical bills PLUS the medical reports from all doctors to present to the insurance company.
