why won't my lawyer answer my calls or emails for two weeks? Secretary on voicemail, and office secretary says they've not been for a week?

Either you haven't paid your bill or your lawyer doesn't want to be your lawyer any more.

If you want answers to your questions, then you call up and make an appointment (in person) with the lawyer.

I am guessing this is an auto accident? If so, are you done treating? Then the lawyer will need to get copies of all medical bills PLUS the medical reports from all doctors to present to the insurance company.
