i want to watch a video that was deleted by youtube due to copyright, does any one know how?

Not clear why you would want to. If it was deleted for copyright infringement, then any viewing of it would also be a copyright infringement, as you would be making another "unauthorized copy", at least under the current US copyright laws.

If it was deleted you can't watch it. Though, you could try and search for someone who reuploaded it.
