Maybe Bernardez's "La Hora del Trapo No. 3" (on Youtube). It's a ragtime piece made up mostly of clusters.
Also, maybe Stravinsky's "Piano-Rag Music", Debussy's "Passepied" from "Suite Bergamasque", Moleiro's "Joropo" (most minor/atonal/serial piano joropos might work), Khachaturian's "Toccata", Soler's "Fandango" (originally not for piano; some doubt its authorship by Soler) or Ravel's "Minuet". There are probably many others, but these are the ones that come to mind.

RE:
Does anyone know any dark, yet upbeat piano music?
I am editing a play for my drama class and I need to find some dark piano music but is also upbeat. Does anyone know of songs like this?
A plenty of works by the Hungarian composers Liszt and Bartok:
Liszt is the master of this - Dante Sonata, Hungarian Rhapsody No 3, Totentanz, Danse macabre transcription, csardas macabre, mephisto waltzes, sections of the B Minor sonata, Ab Irato
Bartok - Allegro barbaro, sonata (1st movement, since the 3rd isn't dark), some movements from Out of Doors, Mikrokosmos (e.g. Ostinato), etc.
Others:
Prokofiev - Suggestion diabolique, toccata, Sarcasm 1, 3 - a lot of sonatas can be considered 'dark' and 'upbeat' too, e.g. the outer movements of the 7th
Beethoven - Fugue from 'Hammerklavier' sonata Op. 106, third movement from 'Moonlight' sonata Op 27 No 2, Op 90 first movement - well, not sure if those really count as upbeat on second thoughts...
Chopin - First movement of the 2nd sonata, 'Tragic' polonaise Op. 44
Prokofiev toccata, Prokofiev precipitato, Brahms Hungarian Dance (no1 I think)
Danse Macabre by Camille Saint-Saens
Check out Schoenberg. He made some awesome music and can be very dark.
go to myuuji's channel on youtube. So many dark piano music pieces, you'll surely find something.
How could music be dark and upbeat at the same time?
Billy Joel"s Mac the Knife is upbeat but deals with a pretty dark subject matter.
