判無罪後法援做法

想問：由於未申請法援時，接觸律師已給律師費，過堂費，保釋費合共十萬元多，後申請法援已批核，並已去宣誓証明已支出十多萬元。現在法庭判決無罪釋放，現在想知之前已支付的費用，法援處會怎樣處理，是否要遞交文件申請取回費用。謝謝

找當初承辦的檢察官申請保釋金領回，不過要有書記官和檢察官同時簽名和蓋章才能到法警室領回保釋金，否則的話，法警沒有權利讓所有人領回保釋金.
