My neck started hurting after my missed period & i've become very restless !

It sounds like you may have a pinched nerve or injured your neck but it is not a sign of pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant take a hpt and go from there but I would go see a chiropractor about your neck a few quick adjustments and it's usually cured.
