請問公立醫院開嘅止痛藥同市面上賣嘅止痛藥有咩分別？

公立醫院給的止痛藥，來源地不同，價錢較平，多是副廠制品(也是正貨)，
萬寜賣的是原廠貨，另外，必理痛也有不同份量包裝，份量多些，也會是勁一些。
