我有女同學將Adobe dreamvaver CS6 給一位男同學,但她自己有用該軟件 ,請問她有沒有侵犯版權？

Unable to determine.The installation package (DVD, files, etc.) is not the issue for copyright infringement. The license key is the issue.
If both of them are using the same key, then it is a copyright infringement. Otherwise, no.

給與不能說是侵權，要看他有否裝置入電腦，裝置軟件一定要有LICENSE KEY，如果他有用KEY裝置軟件，他就有盜版侵權之嫌。
