半年前搵左份PART TIME
一路以為自己係PART TIME，點知前幾日被告知不是PART TIME 只是散工
但出糧PART TIME與散工都是出現金
想請問兩者有何分別,,會否劣於PART TIME以及日後可否聲稱這段期間是PART TIME?

與其解釋part-time和兼職，不如直接回答你所要問的無論你所做的工種是甚麼，你聲稱part-time的話，對方會覺得你能力有限，或者自己有其他原因(例如要照顧家人仔女等)而不找/做全時間的工時...
散工的意思一般都是全職的(即是盡量每個月都做足26-30日)，所謂散工意思是按每人支薪水(所以可能只是口頭招請-跟一個判頭等:所以有回答是自僱)，當然散工也有是part-time的，但假如係這種就更差，因為不單只是每天請(一段時間被人請)還每天工作不夠8小時...
你自己想想告訴對方你做part-time(即是每工作都不是全日)，還是告訴對方做散工每個月都做足30日，那一種是你的情況。[當然有人每天做兩至三份part-time，那又另講啦。]

兼職是公司工會有合約，散工是自僱，不設合約，當然你可自訂合約，不過佢一定唔啋你。

Part-time describes the hours worked.
Temporary work (散工) describes the nature of the employment.
They are not the same.
It is possible for a person to have a long-term position as a part-timer. It is also possible for a full-timer to be a temporary worker.
