Will my car title from the tag office be forwarded to my new address?

I got a new car in late September. Due to some unforeseen reasons, I moved on Oct 1, this means that the title will be sent to my old address. I have all my mails forwarded to my current address at USPS but I'm not sure if the title of the car will be forwarded to the new address. I've called the tag office but they're not too helpful.

I am asking because the lady from the tag office said the title would not be forwarded and I do not want to go through the trouble of talking to the carrier. My schedule doesn't really allow that.
