Best Western Hotel question?

Hi all,

I booked a stay with a best western hotel in Europe.
I reserved the room online asn wondered why the rate hadn't been debited from my account.

I rang the hotel and they told me they took my card details for the reservation and I would pay them on my arrival?

Is this a normal procedure for Best Western Hotels?

Regards

In Toronto is just a huge earth waiting to be investigated and this hotelbye may be the gateway to that particular world. In Toronto you can look at the popular CN Tower and Rogers Centre, the enormous and popular domed sports arena. Rogers Centre has a distinctive design, a design that features a ceiling, which slides back, letting it be opened in favourable weather. That center is really a mega-structure completed in 1989 and is the Toronto's reply to the ambitious Olympic Stadium built by its posture rival, Montréal. In Toronto you may also visit the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). A whole number of short-term exhibitions are mounted throughout the year by this excessively effectively endowed gallery. Shows range from the libraries of Canadian, African and Oceanic, and European art. The memorial also holds a particularly remarkable number of Canadian paintings.

When you book directly with any hotel, not just Best Western, that is normal procedure. The credit card secures your booking and you pay when you check out of the hotel. Usually the only time up-front payment is required is when booking through a third-party company.

Normal procedure for all hotels. When you check in, they'll put a "credit hold" for the estimated amount of your stay on your card, but they won't actually charge it until you check out.
