[法律問題] 於香港沙灘玩金屬探測器

藏有, 使用金屬探測器在香港均不屬違法, 只要在泳灘範圍內不進行可能危害、妨礙或煩擾他人的活動, 使用金屬探測器不會干犯任何法律的。

Hong Kong Ordinances (as well as implementing regulations) has not explicitly said such act is illegal. However, many Ordinances that applies to beaches prohibit disturbances and any disorderly conducts.

Even through you think you don't disturb others, others can still raise issues against you (unless you are in a beach that has no one other than you).

In the case, the Government has a broad latitude to determine if your conduct is acceptable or not.

To avoid any potential issues, it is better not to do so.

(Beside, even through you find a gold bar in the beach, it does not belong to you anyway.)

我大約知道係有法例係關於海上打撈到既野,譬如你出海撈起隻船,係唔代表船既野係屬於你,而有關進行打撈亦需要申請.

咁如果你係沙灘探測到某d野,基本上就同你係街執到銀包一樣,應該要交去警局,因為件野其實唔屬於你.

而實際上會唔會因為咁做而犯法,我睇機會唔高.
