Non its simply because the ratings dont justify the cost.
Saturday morning cartoon ratings are at an all time low and just get lower. The cost of syndicating the cartoons and the vewership they bring in is not profitable. This is why so much local Saturday morning tv is infomercials because vewership at that time is very low so they need something cheap ti fill the slot.
